Chest wall?: Guillain-Barré syndrome causes muscle weakness and if then muscle cramping or muscle pain. If a tracheostomy is needed to support breathing the chest wall muscles are involved. If labs and X-ray's rule out heart disease and pneumonia the symptoms are likely muscle related.
