Check urine color: The urine is a good indicator of your hydration status. If you aim for a light-yellow to clear color, that means you're optimally hydrated. The down-side is you have to go to the bathroom frequently...Soon your body will get used to being well hydrated and hopefully you won't have to keep checking the color of your pee. Avoid dehydrating drinks like those with caffeine and alcohol. See doc if Qs.
