I need help! how do i know if i have laryngitis or pharyngitis?

Different areas: Laryngitis is swelling , infection of the larynx "voice box" when swollen by infection, trauma, a virus you het laryngitis and loose your voice The pharynx is a large area in the back of you throat and downward, pharyngitis is more of a sore throat appearance as opposed to loosing the voice.
