A 41-year-old member asked:

Can you tell me of an over-the-counter cure for folliculitis?

Dr. Ed Friedlander
Pathology 45 years experience
No cure: Pityrosporum folliculitis usually is controllable with any of a range of medicines, some Rx, some (like blue dandruff shampoo) over the counter. Bacterial folliculitis is tougher to deal with.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
