Are there any over-the-counter creams for genital folliculitis?

Genital follicululit: s Gerarally it's is best to keep the area clean with an antibacterial soap and let the hair grow out. Putting cream on the area often interferes with this process. If necessary we are more likely to treat with oral antibiotics or drain any severe lesions. All the best and I hope this recovers soon.
