They may be.: Are you wheezing, coughing, having trouble taking a deep breath. Do you have a fever, chest pain, swollen legs, palpitations? Do you have a history of asthma or allergies? All these questions are necessary for us to give you any specific advice. No matter what, if you are having trouble breathing now, and it is severe, call 911 or go to an ER. If you it is recent but not as bad, get seen tomorrow
