Fever unknown cause: Greetings. As an ENT doctor, we are often times asked to help working up patients like yourself. Sinuses, ears and lungs are often times a possible source. Follow pain. See your family doctor. As a physician I too am often times called upon for answers from my family and friends too. It's hard for your mother and me without seeing you officially as a patient.
