Pain Meds: Narcotic pain meds can make you nauseous. Take half a pill if you must, or try taking only a NSAID.

Definitely, yes: Opioid-Induced nausea is a common side effect. Alternate opioid (Vicodin) with NSAIDs or Tylenol (acetaminophen). If concerned, call your surgeon for medication adjustment. Be well soon.
