A member asked:

Do any docs think urea would be a good treatment for syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nope: No, it would not be a good treatment for SIADH. The standard for SIADH is water intake restriction. Tolvaptan is also a new option. Talk to an endocrinologist or nephrologist.
