Supymptoms like: Heart attacks. (shortness of breath, heart palpitations, sweating, etc) learn2relax your breathing. Practice when u r not having a panic attack so that when it occurs u will be prepared2use the relaxed breathing2calm yourself. At the same time remind yourself, it will pass, u r not having a heart attack or other physical problem. Therapists can teach u other relaxation techniques.

Medical Eval.: Panic attacks sxs: anxiety; rapid, pounding heart; chest tightness/pain; shortness of breath w hyperventilation; hot /cold flashes; butterflies in stomach, nausea or vomiting; tingling of mouth or extremities; ^ sweating; feeling faint or lightheaded; headache or shaking, difficulty swallowing or tight throat; They usually peak w/i 10 mins.
