Panic attacks often: last 2 to 10 mins. Possible sx’s: severe anxiety/panic, chest tightness/pain, rapid or pounding heartbeat, areas of numbness or pins & needles type sensation, hot flashes or chills & ^ perspiration. There may be tickle sensation in stomach or nausea, feeling dizzy or faint & physical shaking. The person may fear that they are going crazy, are out of control or that they are about to die. There

Symptoms like: Heart attacks. (shortness of breath, heart palpitations, sweating, etc) learn2relax your breathing. Practice when u r not having a panic attack so that when it occurs u will be prepared2use the relaxed breathing2calm yourself. At the same time remind yourself, it will pass, u r not having a heart attack or other physical problem. Therapists can teach u other relaxation techniques.
