Could you share any : Of your symptoms? I can't diagnose in this format. But one could probably tell if symptoms were suggestive of a panic attack. You may wish to clarify this and re-ask your question. Take care.

Panic attacksymptoms: You nay have experienced panic attack if you had following symptoms: • Sense of impending doom or danger • Chest pain • Rapid, pounding heart rate • Fear of heart attack • Shortness of breath • Trembling or shaking • Dizziness • Fear of stroke • Sweating • Feeling of unreality • Fear of death • Intense fear of having another panic attack • See Psychiatrist for Diagnosis and Treatment.
