Vaccinations: Typically the shot itself doesn't hurt much. Certain vaccinations may be more uncomfortable than others in the day or so following. I know that from personal experience, tetanus shots make my shoulder sore for the next several days. The benefit of vaccination definitely outweighs the risk of discomfort after the shot.
