INSULIN&HEADACHE: It can be, if you started with very high blood sugar and your body was used to high blood glucoe and sudden drop to normal or near normal acts like and can give symptoms of hypoglycemia, your headache is probabely due to Insulin and it will go away as your body get used to normal or near normal blood glucose.Ihope your blood pressure is normal.
