What to do if i have a 2.7 cm mature teratoma or dermoid & i am freaking out need answers please?

Do nothing: Ovaian teratomas are almost always benign. They are to be left alone for the most part unless they enlarge to about 6 cm. or are associated with pain. They can be followed by sonography and if they do enlarge can be removed by laparoscopy. Right now nothing shold be done.
