What to do if i have "strep throat", how long until it goes away (i am using antibiotics.) also i feel like i'm floating, why?

Strep throat. : Finish the antibiotics that you were prescribed for the strep. I can't say why you feel like you are floating. Is your balance affected?

The symptoms of: strep throat usually start to resolve after 24 hours on an antibiotic. It may take another day or so to feel all better, depending on how long you were ill and what your symptoms were. Some people have a viral infection w/ their strep. In that case,the antibiotics won't help that aspect & it may take longer. I'm not sure what the floating feeling is, maybe a virus. Please call your doctor about that.
