Hepatitis B: I'm happy to say that having Hep B does not preclude a person from doing most things in the U.S. It may be an issue if your friend wants to do certain things in the healthcare field, but otherwise she should be able to pursue her dreams! Hopefully, if she has chronic Hep B, she is being treated and/or monitored. All the best!
