Fever: Typhoid starts with a low grade fever that gets steadily worse. You will start to feel unwell with the nonspecific symptoms of fever of all kinds. Feeling ill, easily tired, aches and pains in the muscles and the joints. Headache is said to be prominent in the early stages of typhoid. After three days you will definitely feel ill. Diarrhoea is late.
