Hi doc, i had the following list of immunizations in 2007. can you explain what these combo immunizations are for separately and am i still current on them for travel internationally? hepa+b1, ipol, menactra, mmr, tdap,typhoid, hepa+b2, hepa+b3.

It looks like you: completed the series of 3 shots for Hepatitis A and B and a measles, mumps, rubella (MMR) which should not require boosters. Your polio (lpol) should be fine if you had previously received the usual childhood series. Menactra (meningitis) should be fine for a 38 year unless you have special circumstances. Tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis and typhoid may need boosters. See Doc or Travel Clinic. Be safe
