Maybe challenging: Stroke like symptoms and even true strokes can be seen with migraine sufferers, but a full blown stroke may leave you with permanent focal weakness, numbness, speech or visual deficits. Best way to diagnose is via use of MRI of brain, but core of this is causation and of course prevention.
