hi doctors. how do i know if i have bowel obstruction?

Bowel obstruction: Typically symptoms would include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, decreased stool output. The only way to determine someone has a bowel obstruction is to perform an X-ray or CT of the abdomen.
