Good Chance!: PCOS can prevent you from ovulating. Clomid (clomiphene) helps many women to ovulate and become pregnant. If pregnancy doesn't occur in 6 cycles (where you ovulate) it probably won't work and you will need to switch to something else (such as Femara) or see a Reproductive Endocrinologist. Best wishes!
