Yes: Consumption of undercooked seafood carries the risk of several diseases including hepatitis A. If you have chronic liver disease from hep b, then contracting hep A could be very dangerous. I would therefore recommend that you be vaccinated against hepatitis A to reduce your risk. It is a simple and effective series of 2 shots given 6 months apart.
