More info needed : Ther are several possible causes of abnormal liver function tests. These findings do not necessarily indicate cirrhosis. Best to discuss with your doctor, who has more information on your medical history and previous test results.

No: Fatty liver disease can lead to cirrhosis, but can be averted too. Depending on the extent of fatty deposits depends on liver function. The markers u are speaking of May be mildly elevated in u'r case, but I suggest seeing a Gastroenterologist as u may require tests to look at u'r common bile duct or pancreatic ducts. There are other blood tests too that may identify other conditions
