Specific Psychotherapy is helpful and there are some drugs for getting started - Anafronil, Zyprexa, (olanzapine) etc. Talk w/ your provider for a referral - you can get help. Perhaps even regrow lost hair - ask, you can get better.

More than stress.: This is more serious than stress. You should be seen by either a psychologist or a psychiatrist for a full evaluation. What you are describing may possibly be addressed with medication in addition to psychological treatment. This is something that should be addressed as soon as possible.
