Headaches: Your headaches could be coming from tension, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, teeth grinding, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems among other things. See a doctor to get checked out so you can get some help for your headaches.

Neuropsych: Trust your doc on this one. Stress & anxiety can tighten muscles in shoulders, back of neck, and back of head. Try stretching exercises to relax these muscles; moist heat to area will help also, & therapeutic massage of that area feels wonderfully relaxing. Working/studying in head forward position strains those muscles; take breaks to stretch & relax them. Try meditation/yoga/tai chi/bio-feedback.
