See below : You may have what is not uncommon and known as constitutional delayed puberty: a delay in the onset or physical maturation process that occurs during puberty, but which otherwise ultimately ends with normal maturation including penis/testicle size and body hair disrubution. Other less common causes. Recommend you talk to your parents about seeing a pediatric endocrinologist for proper evaluation.
