Where?: Where is this seen? Is this on plain x-ray or a CT scan? Need much more detailed clinical information. Could mean anything from air & fluid in a urinary bladder, air & fluid in the stomach, or something concerning like an abscess. Review with the doctor who ordered the study please.

Can anyone tell me what this means ? No mass, adenopathy or fluid collection identified. Few nonenlarged right level 2 lymph nodes appear to correspond to the area of palpable concern measuring up to 8 mm short axis?
