12/2019 MRI dislocated patella, bone bruise on the femur and patella, MPFL damage, mild meniscus tears (dance injury). returned to swim too soon, but then rested w PT for 9wks. Now medial pain/snap when swim/run, shaky for 1 leg squats. Is this bad?
