See specialist: Fibroadenoma in women your age don't usually grow. They stay the same size and may calcify over time. Ask the radiologist how much of a change and over what period of time. You should find a breast surgeon who can evaluate you and give advice. It's probably a good idea to get a needle biopsy.

Fibroadenoma: Usually at your age they remain stable in size or grow very slowly. How do you know it is a fibroadenoma? Has it been biopsied? If it is getting bigger and causing pain it probably needs further evaluation, possibly a biopsy. Speak with your doctor about next steps.
