No: On a 3 month old baby , diagnostic x-rays are done for specific indication(s) during the procedure non needed parts are covered with shields, amount of radiation exposure is so small, you don't have to worry about cancer.

Not likely: Radiation exposure is a risk factor, but it needs to be balanced against the need for diagnostic x-ray examination. One x-ray is not likely to cause cancer by itself.
