Clindamycin dosing : Clindamycin can be dosed within a range of mg. Your prescriber decided to give you that dose probably based on factors like your weight, the condition of your infection and other factors. If it's "too much" your body will likely tell u with some sort of side effect. I don't think u should worry too much- I've given patients higher doses than yours. Good follow up with your doc would be valuable.
