It's possible: With your persistent symptoms and history of a UTI, it would be best for you t get a check up and assure the UTI is full resolved.

It is possible : You may still have a urinary tract infection if the bacteria was not sensitive to the antibiotics you were prescribed with. Only sure way is to get another urine culture. The leg symptoms may or may not be related. Please consult with your physician .
