IV ZOLADEX (goserelin)???: I do not think that zoladex (goserelin) IV is a currently used treatment for a painful ovarian cyst. Without details as to size and an ultrasound exam showing the cyst's characteristics, i cannot recommend treatment. A painful clear ovarian cyst can be aspirated with ultrasound transvaginal guidance and the pain should go away within a few hours, if not sooner. Hope this info helps!
