There are sev. Issue: Been confirmed by laparoscopy? How severe is process? How severe is the pain? Zoladex puts you into temporary menopause and will temporarily decrease amount secondary to less hormones but is expensive w/side effects, i rec. Low dose add back hormone for hot flashes. Contraceptive pills first line treatment. If pain, anxiety combo may benefit from med like Cymbalta (duloxetine) 30mg w/ocp, improve pain filter.
