Hypothyroid: It sounds like you are hypothyroid, and treatment with levothyroxine will make you feel a lot better. It is not possible to know if thyroid treatment will reverse all your symptoms, but it will likely take care of most of them.

Hypothyroidism: Hi Purnima. You have hypothyroidism. It's very easy to treat, but you will need to take thyroid hormone the rest of your life. Your TSH on thyroid hormone replacement should be about 1-2. You should feel better on thyroid hormone! Good luck!
