Ask your OB: You need to talk with your OB. He or she may want to check so e hormone levels or do an ultrasound to make sure everything is OK.

Pregnant: Pregnancy at 49 years of age is precious pregnancy .You should see your obstetrician . They can organise scan and maybe vaginal swabs for you to ensure everything is ok with respect to pregnancy
