Kidney stone?: Kidney stone can present as colicky pain sometimes moving or radiating around your flank to your groin! If you hydrate yourself (2liters daily), you generally pass it with no problem. If you have persistent pain an a final CT scan with and without contrast can help diagnosing stone from other causes (such as gastrointestinal or genital related causes, etc)

See a doctor: The number of causes of abdominal pain is huge and in order to determine what you have you need to provide a detailed history of when, how, where and other parameters and undergo physical examination. This cannot be dealt with over the internet. Yes, UTI can precipitate stones in the urinary tract, but whether that is what this is cannot be answered here.
