Thrombosed hemorrhoi: It is likely a thrombosed hemorrhoid, or a blood clot in a vein at the anus. These are usually self limited and will resolve over a few weeks. If really large and swollen, a minor surgical procedure can resolve the issue. Try some warm sitz baths and avoid constipation.
