Anal lump: Do u ever have itching/burning w/ bm? Any bleeding? Do u strain to pass stool? May be just a dilated vein aka hemorrhoid. Anal wart's unlikely since they occur on (not under) skin. Have pcp examine area to set your mind at ease. Increase fiber & fluids in diet/use stool softener to prevent straining. Otc preps for hemorrhoids can help shrink them.
