Head trauma: If you have noticeable headaches following head trauma and especially if there is associated nausea,I recommend that you have an examination by your physician who will order the appropriate tests if he/she feels they are indicated.

Concussion: Likely you have a mild concussion. Are the symptoms getting worse or improving? If getting worse, see your doctor. If improving, treat w/ tylenol (acetaminophen) & rest and avoid another head injury. No sports for 4-6 weeks. If you have any double vision/arm or leg weakness, see you fan doc. Concussion can take weeks to clear completely. If not resolved in one month, see your doc for a physical. Good luck.
