Anesthesia : This is normal. Many anesthetic medications can cause amnesia, dizziness (light headedness) and nausea.

Dizzy: It would help to know what surgical procedure you had done. But in general, what you are describing is within the normal range for deep sedation. Two of the most common drugs (midazolam and propofol) have amnestic qualities. If they had you breathing some notrous oxide, that can disturb the inner ear and give profound dizziness.

Normal: You can't be awake and sedated at the same time. You are one or the another. You can be sedated and arousable. Meaning, you are lightly sleeping and we tap you on the shoulder to ask a question and then you drift back to sleep. Virtually all sedatives cause some degree of amnesia. That's why you don't remember anything. Total normal experience. Hope you are doing well from your procedure.
