Possible, but...: Hwy and how did you get metronidazole? If after professional evaluation without testing, one could assume you were empirically treated for yeast-related vaginitis. If not helpful as expected, be rechecked so to decide if your symptoms are related with trich, which could be verified with microscopic exam of vaginal fluid smear. Besides, most of STD-related infections could have no symptoms. So....
