Got eczema on my neck and arm, is the vanos cream good to cure it?

Vanos: Vanos is a class 1 steroid used for steroid responsive dermatosis like eczema and psoriasis. Being a class 1 steroid, this cream should be used intermittently and not long term. Long term use can cause thinning of the skin an stretch marks. We tell our patients to use vanos twice a day for two weeks then rest one week and repeat if necessary. Do not use on the face.
