A member asked:

Im 31 and have unstable blood pressure should i take medicine for it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably: Not sure what "unstable bp" means. However if you have a blood pressure reading above 140/90 on three separate occasions 1 week apart, then you should talk to your doctor about anti-hypertensive medications. In any respect, controlling your weight and salt intake will help control your blood pressure as well.
