Vaginal contaminant?: Was urine sample reliable? because mucus & epithelial cells are most commonly from vagina if labia weren't separated. You report urinary tract malformation without identifying it. This could be a normal specimen if you had an intestinal bladder augmentation (enlargement) or ureteral replacement. First need to make sure it was good urine sample. Absence of nitrites & bacteria excludes UTI.
