Yes and no: Von Willebrands disease will not stop you from getting pregnant. It will require certain precautions once you are pregnant. Having no period is another matter. The absence of periods usually means you are not ovulating, and you need to ovulate to get pregnant. You need to be evaluated by a Gyn or fertility doctor to determine the problem with your periods
