Infection is serious: See a doctor immediately, you may have a serious infection, preferably a ENT, Oral Surgeon. If non available see a dentist, or go to an urgent care center of emergency room.

2 issues: The warm skin coupled with chills may indicate infection. Have you taken your temperature. The painful cut in your mouth that has toured black may be the source of the infection. See your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon immediately. Also make arrangements to see your General Physician for an examination. Sorry, no short cuts. You need immediate professional care.
