why do i sleepwalk when i eat right before i go to sleep? this happens a lot to me.

Unsure: you might have a trigger to sleep walk w mildly elevated blood sugars that happen normally after we eat. another possibility is we can a bit less blood flow to our brain while our body is focusing on digestion, this link is see in practice but the mechanism is not well understood. good luck

Lunesta: Lunesta is an alternative however I would be cautious about the same thing happening. Another alternative is benadryl, unisom, trazodone.
