No: See a dermatologist. You note "bleeding"-------where? You are young for heart attack. Why no statin???? Smoker? Most common problems from Lisinopril are cough and angioedema. There can be swelling of the face, tongue, etc. "Pimples" may be acne keloidales. You need a skin specialist.
